Sprint 8 is here, and only at Sonoma Fit! A cardio and strength workout designed for ALL fitness levels. The first part of this 45 minute workout is 20 minutes of high intensity - low impact cardio on the ellipticals. The second 30 minutes will focus on full body strength training. In order for you to see results, you have to be working at max effort - which is almost impossible to do on your own. You need the energy from a group and the attention from our certified coaches! Trust us - you need this class!
